How it started
On March tenth, 1922, at seven o’clock in the evening, at 202 First Street, a meeting took place for the purpose of electing the various Boards of the Portuguese Club, which will have full authority to obtain a building, furniture, lighting, and everything else they consider necessary. These Boards are provisional until the President schedules a new meeting to carry out the official electoral process for a one-year term.
