P.I.S.C. Motards
Frank Gabriel, Founder
The Motards group is the newest organization of the Portuguese Instructive Social Club. The founder of the Motards, Frank Gabriel, approached the PISC Board of Directors in 2016 to organize a group of members who shared a passion for motorcycles and wanted to unite to help the club and the community at large.
With the support of the Board, and several PISC directors who at the time were also interested in being part of the organization, the Motards were approved at a General Assembly in June of 2016.
The Motards immediately began organizing themselves to help the community with various fundraising rides and to support similar groups. When COVID-19 began, the Motards took action right away, using their knowledge and contacts to obtain supplies that were needed in hospitals and for frontline responders such as police officers, firefighters, and nurses in this city and in the surrounding communities.

The group currently has more than 50 members who work enthusiastically to help the community at large. On this occasion of our centennial, Frank Gabriel, founder of the Motards group and director of PISC, would like to thank all the members in general, but also the founding members of the club for the work they began.
